We have just delivered these valves to one of our main European clients.

Product Description

Standard: EN 1984 Gate Valve

Design: OS&Y, BB, Rising Stem, Flexible Wedge, Full Bore

Stem/Actuator: Bare stem with ISO top flange 5210 F14 for later mounting of AUMA actuator

Ends Connection: Butt Welded Ends as per EN 12627 (Ø219.1 x 8.0 mm)

Butt welded ends to undergo RT test as per contract requirements

Face-to-Face Dimension: Client's request = 700 mm (special length)

Materials

Body/Cover: ASTM A217 WC6

Trim: 5# – fully Stellite (STL)

Packing: Graphite

Gasket: F304 RTJ Ring

Specification

Size/Rating: PN100 DN200, with two bypass valves (gate valve PN100 DN25, F11 / Trim 5#)

Medium: Super high temperature steam, max. 5.9 MPa at +460°C
