Question 1

Can I order samples for testing first? How much is the sample fee, and can it be refunded after bulk order placement?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we welcome you to order samples for testing before placing bulk orders. The sample fee is based on the product model and quantity, and we will refund 100% of the sample fee when you place a formal bulk order that meets the minimum quantity requirement. Sample delivery time is 1-3 working days for in-stock models.

Question 2

How long is your quotation valid? Will the price be temporarily increased in case of raw material price hikes?

Accepted Answer

Our standard quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. For long-term cooperative partners, we will lock the quoted price for 6 months, even if there is a small fluctuation in raw material prices. For large, long-term orders, we will sign a fixed-price agreement to avoid any temporary price increases.

Question 3

What costs are included in your quotation? Are there any hidden additional fees?

Accepted Answer

Our quotation is 100% transparent with no hidden fees. The standard quotation clearly lists all cost items, including raw material costs, production labor costs, packaging costs, standard certification costs, and factory delivery costs. We will clearly inform you of any additional costs for customized services in advance, with your confirmation before implementation.
