We just delivered big size gate valve to one of our American customers, and the detailed specification is as follows.

Medium is HS vapour (that means hot steam but can also be hydrogen sulfur)
Design pressure 47 bar
Design temperature 470°C

Generally:
GATE VALVE, bare stem + ISO top flange 5210 for mounting AUMA in Austria
***design API 600
***bolted bonnet, O.S&Y. rising stem 
***flexible wedge, full bore, backseat

***RF flanged ends as per ASME B16.5
***face to face dimension as per ASME B16.10 
***body/bonnet: ASTM A217 WC6
***trim no. 16# 
***stem: 17-4PH (instead of A182 F316) to have a strong HB
***wedge: A217 WC6 + stellite (overlay)
***body seat ring: F11 + stellite (welded on)
***bonnet gasket: RTJ ring, material SS 304
***stud bolting: A193 B16/ A194 Gr 4

Packing type: double!!!!! (Graphite)
 ***the service full Vacuum!  Two packing units and between a metal ring for a water connection.

Extended bonnet!!!!
***all valves will be for isolation. The bonnet extended 200 mm.
