We just delivered a great number of diaphragm valves to our European customers. They have very high requirements on the diaphragm valves.

Design: FEP lined, weir patter, bolted bonnet with grease fitting, handwheel, visual position indicator.
Flanged Ends: acc. ANSI B16.5-Class150 RF.
Face to Face: acc. BS 5156.
Body:  ASTM A216 WCB.
Bonnet: ASTM A216 WCB.
Diaphragm: EPDM+FEP.
Lining: FEP (minimum thickness 3mm).
Disc: ASTM A351 CF8.
Stem: ASTM A276 420.
Washers: AISI 304.
Studs: ASTM A193 B8.
Nut: ASTM A194 8.
Handwheel: Cast iron A126 B.
Service parameters: 232 psig at -20°F to +100°F.
